Account Manager 客户经理
岗位职责
- Achieve sales target
- Understand clients´ training needs and provide customized training solutions
- Set account strategy
- Manage training projects including planning, coordination and process control
- Building and maintaining good relationship with existing and potential clients
- Update clients´ database & sales reporting
- Understand internal process, including Resource Booking Process, etc.
- Provide sales forecast and market information
- Continuously learning
职位要求
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years work experience in multinational companies, with sales experience or salesmanship potential
- Work experience in training industry or HR field will be a plus
- Fluent oral and written English and good command of computer
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and reasoning skills
- Can work under pressure

Training Consultant 培训顾问
岗位职责
- Deliver AMA training programs including providing pre and post service
- Work with sales team to explore business opportunity and develop sound client relationship
- Involved in designing and developing AMA training curriculum
- Involved into other consulting projects
职位要求
- Bachelor degree or above
- 10+ years management experience, 5+ years in senior management position (department head or above); 3+ years experience as a successful trainer/consultant, preferably on management/leadership, sales, and marketing topics
- Good industry knowledge and business acumen; multinational company background is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, self-disciplined and self-motivated, good teamwork spirit;
- Good command of English
- Willing to travel frequently
